Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our technology team. In this fully remote role, the developer will focus on maintaining and enhancing our current application environment. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our internal and client-facing systems through clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing .NET Core applications
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external use
- Implement updates, patches, and performance improvements to existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs
- Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and QA team members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation related to application logic and systemsMinimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development
- Strong experience with Entity Framework and API development
- Prior experience working in mid-sized to large IT environments or enterprise applicationsSpecial Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to client or project requirements)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in .NET Core and C#
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Strong experience with Entity Framework and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of working independently in a remote environmentAdditional Desired Characteristics:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practicesWork Environment:
