Job Summary
KBR requires a Maximo Client Service Support Technician (CST) to support TSMO Aerial ATFS and Ground target Users located at Huntsville, White Sands Missile Range,NM and Yuma proving grounds,AZ..This candidate will be responsible for server set-up, maintenance and back-up along with network troubleshooting capability. This candidate will be familiar with TSMO products and eservices and have good communication and written skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Installing new components into existing systems.
- Installing system software patches and version upgrades.
- Troubleshooting and fixing hardware, Operating System (OS) and Office Automation (OA) problems.
- Escalating trouble tickets
- Find root cause of network latency/outages
- Providing metrics and other support to TSMO
Basic Qualifications
TSMO Client support technician (CST) must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of:
- Knowledge of networking hardware and troubleshooting
- Access requirements to all unclassified DoD and AF computing systems.
- All IT and Information Assurance (IA) regulatory guidance.
- Must be familiar with security policy/manuals, and other guiding policy documents
Education/Experience: At least 10 years of IT experience. The position will allow various combinations of education and experience using a 1 year of education for 2 years of experience substitution.
