What You’ll Do
As our psychometrist, you’ll play a key role in conducting assessments and ensuring accurate, comprehensive evaluations. You will likely have about 5-6 cases a week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering psychological and neuropsychological tests to children and adults
- Building rapport with clients to ensure the validity of test results
- Scoring assessments and entering data
- Drafting behavioral observations to support clinical findings
- Adhering to APA ethics code, HIPAA, and legal regulations
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (or related field) required
Six months of previous experience as a Psychometrist
Strong initiative & ability to be a self-starter
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) designation a plus. Master’s degree in Psychology (or related field). Graduate coursework in cognitive psychological assessment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
