New Business Processor

Our financial firm, Vineyard Financial in (Evansville, IN) is looking for a strong, detail-oriented New Business Processor to ensure the client acquisition process from application submission to policy delivery is as smooth as possible.

Minimum Requirements:
- Business degree preferred
- Previous experience in processing new business paperwork in a financial office preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired
- Experience with Excel required
- Must have experience with Annuity applications and transfers
- Must understand Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts
- Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts

- Complete and process all applications for business submitted by Advisor
- Submit all completed in good order applications and forms to the proper agencies
- Help maintain workflow accuracy and service standards, ensuring timely and efficient handling of cases
- Assist in documenting best practices and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Research and analyze application issues and provide problem resolution
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
Salary:
- $50-$60K annually (Hourly)
