Simms Development is looking to hire a new home sales associate. The candidate will need to be able to hold open model home hours and sell homes, assist with picking out interior selections. Other duties include: Managing sales assistants, keeping model home clean, being available for after hour showings, have prior real estate knowledge and keeping their listings on all mediums up to date. The right candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in selling real estate and a real estate license is not required, Leasing Consultants, please apply also. You also must love real estate, this is not just a job, it is a lifestyle you have created for you and your buyers.
