We're looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all hotel revenue, as well as the food and beverage revenue for the day. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests and keep revenues balanced.
Responsibilities:
* Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
* Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
* Reconcile all hotel and food and beverage revenues for the day
* Investigate and resolve any out of balances
* Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
* Balance cash drawer
* Check out guests
Must be punctual
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Experience with accounting and good math skills
* Good problem solving skills
* Strong customer service skills
*The ability to multitask
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of inputting information into excel worksheets
* Availability to work overnight
