Duties

- Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives that enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong background in food preparation and production.
- Proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. .
