Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve technical and service-related issues.
- Utilize systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base resources to complete account management tasks.
- Accurately answer customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate staff or management team when needed.
- Adhere to program processes, client requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedule requirements.
- Engage positively with customers and team members, fostering a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Computer proficiency, including data entry, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Windows-based applications.
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn telecom processes.
- Ability to work reliably within scheduled shifts.
- Must have a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download).
- Highly reliable, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office support, or administrative support (contact center experience a plus).
- Prior State or Federal work experience is desirable.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
