Job Type: Full-time based in Brick , Toms River and Linden NJ.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office, conducting telehealth visits , treating patients in hospitals.
- Continuous learning.
- Participating in digital health systems development.
- Collaborating with in-office colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Board Certified.
- State licensed in New Jersey.
-Cardiology experience preferred.
