What You’ll Do:
- Conduct wellness consultations for weightloss, HRT, and aesthetic treatments
- Create personalized treatment plans and follow clients through their wellness journey
- Administer and/or oversee medications, injections, and therapies
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate clients on medication use, lifestyle factors, and treatment expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up protocols in EMR
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team to improve client experience
- Provide aesthetic services as clinical competent and trained (Microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal, Botox, filler, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in IL, in good standing
- Passionate about integrative functional wellness, weightloss, hormone therapy, and/or aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills — both client-facing and written
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and initiative
- Energetic, personable, and committed to client success
- Previous experience in weight management, wellness, or aesthetics (preferred but not required)
