- dumping the trash and condemn from containers into the offal trailer.
- The Offal person works in the offal area used a mechanical device to lift the container into a hopper which contains an auger that feed the offal trailer.
- The container are then sent back to the floor to be sanitized and cleaned.
- The Offal person maintains the offal area to ensure that it is kept clean of any debris.
