Duties

- Assist with calendar management, scheduling deliveries, and manage commisions.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
