We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as a medical or dental receptionist when required, greeting patients and managing patient records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
- Support team members with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling software.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
