Overview:
We are seeking a seeking an office assistant to work 20-25 hours per week
Duties:
Greeting customers, scheduling students, onboarding and offboarding new customer, answering phone calls, text messages and emails, making outgoing calls to customers etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- experience cleaning and organizing.
Hours to be determined but we are open 9 am to 8:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8 am to 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. We provide training and support.
