Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Scan, file, and manage digital and physical documents
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with and support other departments as needed with administrative tasks
- Maintain organized workspaces and efficient record-keeping systems
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to change
