Job Title: Office Associate
Job Summary:
Our office associate will work Monday through Friday from July through November. Starting mid-August, the position will be part time. This person will work in our portrait studio and check-in clients as they come in for their appointment. They will need to take care of any outstanding balances the client may have prior to beginning their session or take any additional package payments. They must have an overall understanding of each appointment to better assist client questions along with a positive and personable attitude.
Duties:
- Manage office operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Complete daily opening and closing tasks
Experience:
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.50 per hour
