American Gold Reserve, LLC is growing and is seeking an Office Clerk, job duties would entail:
· Authorize payments with clients over the phone
· Verify customer payment and shipping information
· Processing payments
· Conduct data entry
· Handle sensitive information in confidential manner
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems
· Other administrative duties
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills over the phone
· Basic computer and typing skills
· Must be able to multitask and be detailed oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft office and other related software
· Ability to work independently
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· Customer Service: 1 Year (Required)
