Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update company records and documents.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, managing their schedules and correspondence.
- Utilize office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity within the office.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with data entry and managing office databases.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and basic office procedures is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
