Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support personal assistant tasks as needed to facilitate office operations.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an office setting is preferred.
- Proficient in proofreading to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Competency in using Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
