Administrative Coordinator
We are a distributor of outdoor infrared heating products. The desired candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.If you possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and possess strong administrative competencies, we encourage you to apply. Requirements/Job Description
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an office environment
· Customer service - providing product technical support to customers
· Inventory Control
· Price quotation
· Accounts receivable
· Customer Calls - handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from existing and new customers
· Order and data entry - ability to enter sales and purchase orders into our system
· Attention to detail
· Shipping
· Special projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
· Customer service experience is a must
· Advanced Proficiency: Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
· Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Strong writing ability
· Ability to handle many projects and multiple tasks effectively
· Assist with the coordination of office operations to ensure a smooth operational flow
· Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prioritize workload
· Strong organizational skills

· Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
· Pay: $18.00 + Employee is eligible for benefits after specified period of time.
