Capitol House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring an experienced Business Office Manager!

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:
- Day-to-day running of the office
- Clerical functions, including medical records management
- Medicaid pending support
- Communication with state in 148 reporting of status changes
- Billing and collections of AR
- Daily and monthly financial reporting
- Knowledge of rules for billing skilled nursing claims/ and long-term care Medicaid claims
- Managing the resident trust fund
You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office.
This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and long-term care experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.
