Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hiring, firing, onboarding, and training of team members
- Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, facility upkeep, vendor management, and payment processing
- Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional communication, care coordination, and follow-up with patients
- Marketing Support: Help manage social media, office promotions, themes, giveaways, and patient drives
- Financial Oversight: Manage account audits, billing, collections, and reporting
- Culture Champion: Maintain a positive, mission-driven environment focused on patient results and team growth
You Must Have:
- Proven leadership or management experience (healthcare or service-based industry a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- High level of integrity and emotional intelligence
- Comfort with tech platforms for scheduling, communication, billing, and social media
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve

Pay: $21.67 - $26.09 per hour
