Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our CPA Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong time management skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office organization, managing data entry tasks, assisting with accounts receivable, and front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
