Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor expenses to align with company financial goals.
- Coordinate event planning for meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Utilize QuickBooks for managing financial records, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide clerical support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Lead and manage the office team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership.
- Proficient in clerical duties including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Familiarity with event planning processes is advantageous.
