Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with a focus on enhancing office efficiency and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Must have experience in an aesthetics office.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Must be able to coordiate sales for our aesthetics division.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via phone systems and email.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff..
