Office Operations Coordinator
Philadelphia, PA | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
We are a fast-paced, growing small business seeking a reliable and organized Office Operations Coordinator. This role is critical to our daily operations and involves coordinating drivers, managing billing, and ensuring timely execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign daily driver routes
- Handle billing processes and related activities using QuickBooks
- Submit 811 "Call Before You Dig" requests to state agencies
- Prepare and manage order lists for timely installations
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer service issues
Qualifications:
- Prior office management or operations experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks; SAP or similar database knowledge is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the Philadelphia and Tri-State area is a strong advantage
