Array Behavioral Care is a leading telehealth company providing nationwide access to mental health services through our innovative online platform. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated On Site/Off Site Customer Scheduling Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for our clients and helping to ensure timely delivery of services. As a Customer Scheduling Clerk, you will have an integral role in facilitating efficient and effective communication between our clients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize company scheduling software to coordinate and schedule appointments for virtual therapy sessions
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our team of healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and communicate any changes to both clients and providers
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process
- Provide support to clients as needed, including assisting with technical troubleshooting or navigating our online platform
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and software updates
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
