About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a newly completed high end luxury residential property that has recently been turned over from construction. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing all aspects of property operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the property, including resident communications and vendor coordination
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, lease administration, and resident retention
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work; ensure timely completion and follow-up
- Review and manage service contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Process and track bill payments and property expenses accurately and on time
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the building complies with safety and code requirements
- Coordinate with contractors and developers during the post-construction transition
- Maintain records and documentation related to property operations and performance
- Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing residential properties, particularly those transitioning from construction
- Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Self-motivated and highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Experience reviewing service contracts and managing bill payments
- Proficiency in property management software; Buildium experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Background in managing new developments or lease-ups
- Familiarity with local housing codes, regulations, and building systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage resident concerns effectively
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for communication, reporting, and operations
