Position Summary:
The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, equipment management, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. This leadership role requires hands-on expertise as well as strategic planning to manage preventative and corrective maintenance across our facility.
· Manage maintenance budgets, including sourcing and negotiating with contractors and vendors.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
· Respond promptly to facility emergencies and oversee repairs.
· Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and warranties.
· Coordinate with other departments to support operational goals.
· Oversee capital improvement projects and renovations.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in a technical field preferred.
· 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Proficiency with TELS (Digital work order system) a plus.
· Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour
