Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day tasks that keep our retail store and brand operations running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the founder to take care of essential duties like organizing inventory, assisting with vendor communication, prepping for product launches, and keeping our retail space in top shape.

Key Responsibilities
- Unpack and organize new inventory (hang/fold clothing, stock shelves, keep storage tidy)
- Set up and maintain displays in-store
- Help maintain a clean and inviting retail space
- Assist with light customer service when needed (greeting, answering basic questions)
- Call/email vendors for order updates, payments, or shipping status
- Run light errands (e.g., picking up supplies, dropping off packages)
- Help fulfill online orders (printing shipping labels, packing)
- Assist with prepping the space for events, launches, or social media content days
- Update inventory spreadsheets or basic POS systems as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (especially over the phone and email)
- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump into a variety of tasks
- Must be dependable, punctual, and respectful of timelines
- Physically able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse work
- Familiarity with Shopify or basic inventory tools
- Eye for visual merchandising or social media behind-the-scenes support
Schedule & Benefits

- Weekday availability is required; occasional Saturdays are a plus
