Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing teams, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall business performance. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations align with the company's goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties
- Must be bilingual or have worked with Spanish people before as of right now all our cleaners are Spanish. Must be able to communicate with the cleaners through google translator if needed.
- Supervise and manage daily operations during the cleaning, you will be responsible of doing a walk through with the customer before exiting the cleaning.
- Inspect the vehicle with the proper checklist to assure you have everything for the day.
- You will have a checklist for every cleaning, and this must be signed by you and the customer before leaving the cleaning.
- Meet at office, take company care, pick up cleaners and drive them to and from each cleaning then drive them all home.
- Their are cameras and GPS trackers in each of the company vehicles for everyone's safety, so no texting and driving.
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
- Drive through River Club Carwash ( 1 location on rt 70 and 1 location on rt 64 every two days, and you and or the cleaners if they are with you, wipe down the water outside the car and vacuum and clean the inside of the car.
- Supplies to be refilled every evening before leaving for the day.
- Reporting Directly to Joanie the OWNER.
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position, demonstrating strong supervisory skills.
- Must have experience in the cleaning industry.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Experience in driving a company vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes on a daily basis
