The Role
As a Medical Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our regional operations team, providing both clinical and administrative support to ensure our mobile and clinic events run smoothly. This role is hands-on and fast-moving, perfect for someone who can switch between patient care tasks and event logistics without missing a beat.
What You’ll Do
- Collect blood, urine, and stool specimens for lab testing; perform screening tests on samples.
- Conduct hearing, vision, and in-body screenings.
- Manage patient flow at mobile or clinic events.
- Set up and tear down equipment for mobile events, including driving company vehicles with trailers.
- Order labs, upload results, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Support patients with paperwork and scheduling follow-ups.
- Maintain clinic and mobile event supplies.
- Assist the Regional Operations Officer, Providers, and Technologists as needed.
- Uphold HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
- Perform light administrative duties (phone calls, mail handling, deposits, clinic upkeep).
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous healthcare or medical support experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and travel as needed.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
