This isn’t just a clinical role. It’s an experience role.
At Lightning Orthodontics, we believe orthodontics should feel less like a doctor’s visit—and more like hospitality. Every smile we create is a story, and every interaction is a chance to make someone feel seen, heard, and cared for.
We’re not hiring just a set of hands. We’re hiring a heart for service, an eye for detail, and a mind that thrives in a modern, tech-forward environment. If you love making people comfortable, if you take pride in turning ordinary moments into exceptional experiences, this is your home.
Your impact here:
- Transform clinical appointments into moments of connection and ease
- Support precise orthodontic care—placing and removing wires, separators, and appliances
- Prepare rooms and instruments with a perfectionist’s eye for cleanliness and order
- Take scans, impressions, and photos (bonus if you love tech)
- Anticipate needs before anyone has to ask—patients, teammates, and the doctor
What makes you unforgettable:
- You love people. Really love them. And you’re passionate about earning their trust.
- You’re the calm in the room when others feel nervous.
- You respect leadership and align with Dr. G’s vision for world-class orthodontic care.
- You move with intention: efficient, organized, and proactive.
- You learn fast, take feedback well, and always look for ways to grow.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct orthodontic assisting experience — you already know how to place/remove wires, separators, and appliances, take accurate impressions, photos, and scans, and manage a busy clinical flow.
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures—ready to contribute from day one
- Comfort with digital systems (bonus if you’ve used Medit software and Apple Macs)
- Willingness to learn the Lightning Orthodontics way (our unique culture, workflows, and tech)
