As an Outside Sales Representative for Kings County and Tulare area, you will be instrumental in driving sales within the heavy equipment industry. This role is vital to our mission of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction while expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best equipment solutions for their projects.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the equipment or construction industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
