Bow Robotics is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help us drive continued growth across new and existing markets. This high-impact role is focused on expanding our footprint through Parts, Service, and Repair offerings, with an emphasis on strategic selling, field-based customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
We're looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional located in Indiana, Michigan, or Northern Ohio who thrives in a field-focused, hands-on environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned territory within your region of focus.
- Drive revenue through BOW’s Parts, Service, and Repair solutions for robotic automation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan and business strategy.
- Conduct on-site Service Audits at prospective customer facilities to uncover growth opportunities.
- Expand business in key robotic brands
- Manage and maintain a robust sales forecast, sales funnel, and long-cycle opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Operations, Leadership, and the Addtronics CRO.
- Use Salesforce CRM daily to manage leads, track progress, and report performance.
- Assist with quoting and estimating to deliver timely and accurate proposals.
- Represent Bow Robotics at regional and national trade shows.
- Deliver professional sales presentations to customers and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations
- Proven success selling capital equipment and working with complex sales cycles
- Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to travel 50 -75%
- Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Self-starter with a strong customer focus and a positive, team-oriented attitude

- Experience in selling productized solutions within robotics and industrial automation, including navigating multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles across engineering and operations teams.
