Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective territory management and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food products and restaurant industry sales, account management, and lead generation, with the ability to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. This position will be servicing the Bozeman and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations and competitor's prices and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including upselling additional products or services as appropriate and answering questions about products, prices, availability and product use
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and territory management.
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, processing credits and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions and filing reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record.
- Strong background in food and restaurant sales is a plus
- Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits of our offerings.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service at all stages of the sales process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
