Join Our Team: Overnight Resident Assistant (11pm–7am)

Your Role:
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents throughout the night
- Ensure a safe, restful environment while assisting with nighttime needs
- Help with light cleaning tasks and assist residents with morning routines
- Track and report changes in resident health or behavior
- Be a calming and consistent presence for those living with dementia
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- At least one year of experience in senior care or a similar role
- A caring, dependable personality and a genuine love for working with elders
- CNA certification preferred, but not required—willing to train the right fit
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently at night
- A commitment to our mission of creating a peaceful, dignified home for our residents
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
