Job Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our field operations and paperwork from home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in public health and housing safety.
Responsibilities
- Process inspection data and generate client reports
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and update calendars
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Organize lab paperwork and maintain chain of custody records
- Manage digital files and client correspondence
Position Details
- Part-time: 15–20 hours/week
- Remote work: After initial in-person training
- Weekly in-person meeting required at our Syracuse home office
- Flexible schedule
- Pay: $22–$28/hour based on experience and skills
What We’re Looking For
- Local to the Syracuse area (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Docs, and email communication
- Interest in environmental health, housing, or community improvement
- Experience with property management, inspections, or admin support a plus
