We are Looking for
The Pain Management Service Line Manager serves as a key operational leader responsible for the coordination, administration, and strategic growth of our pain management service line. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, efficient workflow, patient satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong business planning skills, clinical operations experience, and a proactive leadership style.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all pain management locations, ensuring efficient patient flow, appointment scheduling, and front/back-office coordination.
- Partner with physicians, providers, and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery aligned with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service line performance, including patient volume, access, referrals, wait times, and treatment outcomes.
- Support expansion initiatives and new service offerings by developing and implementing growth strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and performance metrics specific to pain management services.
- Lead team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with billing, compliance, and clinical operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and patient communications.
- Use data and reporting tools to guide decision-making, optimize operations, and improve financial performance.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the patient experience, from intake and consultation through treatment and follow-up.
- Ensure staff are compliant with all HIPAA, OSHA, and practice-specific policies.
- Resolve patient concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with leadership to develop annual service line goals, budgets, and KPIs.
- Travel to other CLS clinics as needed.
- Performs related duties as required

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role in a healthcare or clinical setting focused on Pain Mangement.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and medical billing practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
