Job description
The Paint Specialist / Parts Preparer is responsible for preparing all Job orders for the refinishing and reassembly processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Thoroughly reviews each repair/ paint order prior to beginning work on parts
2. Completes all paint preparation processes for parts according to work order.
3. Knows how to properly sand blast and prep for paint, new parts/ old parts and blend paints
4. Able to mask and spray the correct amount and coats of primer
5. Able to mask all parts and cover other items to minimize tapelines and overspray on the parts
6. Willingness to learn new jobs and work with team members.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
8. Performs other duties assigned by management
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Effective communication (written or verbal) and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
Prior weapons experience is a plus not a must.

Experience:
- firearms: 2 years (Preferred)
- painting/applicator: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location: Jacksonville FL *in-person*
