Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Affordable Air & Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for executing painting projects with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the overall quality of our work and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our clients' spaces.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Select and mix paints according to color theory principles and project requirements.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision.
- Ensure proper caulking and sealing of surfaces before painting.
- Read and interpret schematics for project specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and painting techniques.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting tasks.
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
