Part-Time ABA Paraprofessional
Life Strategies, LLC – Multiple Locations (Some Travel Required) Job Type: Part-Time | Hours: 15–32/week Pay: From $17/hour
About the Role:
Join our supportive and growing team at Life Strategies, LLC as an ABA Paraprofessional/RBT! In this part-time role, you’ll work directly with children and young adults with Autism, using behavior support plans designed by certified professionals (BCBAs). You’ll help clients build daily living and social skills in home, school, community, and our ABA Center settings.
⭐ What You’ll Do:
- Implement ABA protocols with clients, guided by a BCBA
- Engage with children in active play and learning activities
- Support clients with tasks like toileting, dressing, or transitions
- Track client progress and document daily notes in our system
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
⭐ Where You'll Work:
- In-home, at schools, Life Strategies ABA centers, and community environments
- Must be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of the main office
⏱ When You'll Work:
- Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Attend biweekly training on Wednesdays, 5:00 – 6:15 PM
- One required Saturday training per year (Safety Care Certification)
⭐ What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
- OR at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or special needs
- Must obtain RBT Certification (we’ll help guide you through it)
- Must pass background checks and fingerprinting
- Reliable transportation required
