We're looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our expanding service business. If you're self-motivated, reliable, and ready to help build systems that matter, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage basic administrative systems
- Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoice tracking
- Handle email and phone communications
- Support business operations with various tasks as needed
Schedule
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week (flexible hours)
Pay
- Starting at $17/hr
- Increases to $19/hr as proficiency and responsibility grow

- Previous admin or office experience preferred
