We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients. Duties
- Answering phone calls professionally.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, organization within office and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Coordinate projects by assisting with scheduling, tracking deadlines, and communicating with team members.
- Maintain an organized office environment by implementing efficient filing systems and office procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong project coordination skills to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
