We are seeking a motivated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. At our BCBA-owned and operated organization, we specialize in working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, providing comprehensive support in various settings including home, school, daycare, and Telehealth.

Experience:
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
· Experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders
· Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and data collection methods
· Strong background in special education or related field
· Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising one-on-one treatment services
- Developing personalized ABA goals and objectives
- Administering behavior assessments
- Tailoring client treatment plans to individual needs
- Overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Facilitating regular caregiver training sessions
