Caregiver Qualifications:
✔ High School diploma or GED
✔ Ability to pass a background check
✔ Availability for night and/or weekend shifts
✔ Fluent in English
✔ At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Your Role as a Caregiver:
✔Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, etc.)
✔ Provide companionship and emotional support
✔ Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
✔ Follow shift schedules and care plans
✔ Document care provided and report changes in the client’s condition

✓ Do not have your own vehicle, valid auto insurance in your name, and a mobile phone
✓ Cannot provide proof of a negative TB test (within the last 12 months) or are unable to obtain one
✓ Do not have a current CPR certification or are unable to obtain one
✓ Have any physical limitations that would prohibit you from: being able to lift up to 220lbs, bend, squat, twist, stand frequently, walk, help a client safely ambulate/walk, guide a fall, transfer, reposition, assist rolling a bed bound client, and/or operate a Hoyer or other equipment
