The Fairfield Inn Canton is looking for a night owl. We are hiring for a part-time night auditor. This position works the overnight shift 11:00pm to 7:00am. Weekend nights will be required with this position.

### Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Night Auditor also performs end of day duties at the hotel including running the night audit, posting of charges and preparing the hotel for the next day. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
### Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
### Requirements:
- Previous experience with Marriott hotels and the Fosse PMS system.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
