**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating vehicle inventory at various car dealerships. This includes taking high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded, and working closely with dealership managers to confirm that all information is current and accurate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Inventory Management:**
- Take professional photos and videos of vehicles on the dealership lot.
- Upload and organize media files into the dealership's inventory system.
- Regularly audit inventory to ensure all vehicles are accurately listed with correct details and images.
- Monitor the lot to identify new arrivals and promptly update the inventory system.
- **Communication:**
- Work closely with dealership managers to ensure all inventory information is up to date.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that promotional materials reflect current inventory.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with inventory listings by communicating directly with relevant parties.
- **Data Entry and Maintenance:**
- Input vehicle details, including make, model, year, mileage, and pricing, into the dealership’s inventory management system.
- Regularly review and update vehicle descriptions, photos, and videos to maintain accuracy and appeal.
- Generate reports on inventory status and communicate findings to dealership management.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with photography and videography, especially in an automotive context, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to move around the dealership lot and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and handling equipment such as cameras or smartphones for extended periods.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
