Mustang Cat is seeking a dependable and service-driven Parts Coordinator to support our warehouse operations in Houston. This role plays a vital part in helping our service team keep customers’ equipment running smoothly by managing parts needs efficiently and accurately.

- What You’ll Do as a Parts Coordinator:
- Assist Service Supervisors and Technicians with accurate and timely parts support
- Professionally communicate parts status and updates to team members
- Safely operate a forklift to move and stage equipment parts
- Order and check in parts, track backorders, and deliver parts to the correct locations
- Ensure timely processing of warranty return parts and core returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first warehouse
- Perform additional parts-related warehouse tasks as needed
- ️ Parts Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment
- Forklift experience and knowledge of safe operation standards
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled area
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Familiarity with Caterpillar parts systems or heavy equipment industry
