We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts & Accessories Specialist to provide top-tier service to our valued customers while keeping our inventory in check and our showroom looking sharp.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep inventory stocked, organized, and looking fresh every day
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming parts & accessories department
- Crush daily sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with manufacturer promotions and incentives
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories to enhance their powersports experience
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately process transactions and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Help move aging inventory by promoting special deals
- Minimize department expenses and shipping costs to maximize profitability
- Maintain proper phone etiquette and customer communication standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a strong, positive work culture

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes (Lightspeed and PM Pro experience is a plus!)

- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move easily in a shop environment and lift moderately heavy items
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Full use of hands for typing and handling parts

Schedule:
- Day shift | 8-hour shift
- Typical Start: 9 AM | Typical End: 6 PM
